Terms and Conditions for the ‘Raya Rewards’ Redemption Campaign
1. Three Tiers Redemption
• 1st Tier / minimum spend of RM168 in a single receipt: 1 Box of Sampul Raya
• 2nd Tier / minimum spend of RM268 in combined receipts (max two receipts): Traditional Rattan Bag + Sampul Raya
• 3rd Tier / minimum spend of RM368 in combined receipts (max two receipts): Tea Set + Sampul Raya
Customers must spend a minimum of RM168, and RM268 and RM368 in combined receipts (Max. 2 receipts) at any store in 168 Park Mall to qualify for redemption (Please refer to the tiers above).
2. Redemption Process
• Customers must present their receipt to the Information Counter for verification.
• The receipt will be stamped by the customer service staff to confirm it has been used for redemption.
• Each receipt of RM168 and above entitles the customer to one (1) redemption item. Multiple redemptions using the same receipt are strictly prohibited.
3. Customer Information
• Customers are required to provide their name, mobile number and email at the time of redemption. This information will be used solely for campaign-related purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Tiered Allocation
• No exchanges or replacements are allowed once the item has been handed over.
• In any case, if any Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 item is out of stock at the time of redemption, management reserves the right to replace it with other available items.
5. Liability
• 168 Park Mall shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or defects to ‘Raya Rewards’ redemption item or its contents after it has been redeemed.
6. Campaign Duration
• The campaign will run while stocks last. Redemption will cease immediately once all ‘Raya Rewards’ redemption item has been fully redeemed.
7. General Terms
• This redemption campaign is open to all customers except employees of 168 Park Mall, its tenants, and their immediate family members.
• Receipts from bill payments, top-ups, gift card purchases, and non-retail services are not eligible for redemption.
• ‘The Horse Premier’ redemption item is not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• The management of 168 Park Mall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Disputes
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of 168 Park Mall management shall be final and binding.
9. Privacy Statement
• By participating in this campaign, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with 168 Park Mall’s Privacy Policy.
