Terms & Conditions — Rasa One-Derful at 168 Park Mall: Golden Ticket Lucky Draw
1. Customer Information & Ticket Validity
- Customers must provide their full name, age, gender, phone number, email address, and postcode on the Golden Ticket. All information collected will be used solely for campaign-related purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Incomplete or illegible tickets are void. Tickets are non-transferable.
2. How to Earn
- To earn Golden Tickets, customers must present a same-day, single receipt of RM168+ or RM268+ at the Information Counter. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.
- 168 Park Mall reserves the right to verify original receipts and reject those that are altered, damaged, duplicated, reprinted, or suspected of fraud.
3. Golden Ticket Double Days
- Golden Ticket earnings are doubled on 11 December 2025, 25 December 2025, and 1 January 2026 only.
4. The Draw
- Winners for the Xiaomi TV A 65 2026, Dyson HD Supersonic Nural Hair Dryer, Selkirk Luxx Control Air with Infitigrit Epic, Franklin C45 Hybrid, and free court play vouchers at Ultrasports Centre will be selected prior to the live draw on 24 January 2026.
- Winners will be notified via WhatsApp and must be present at 168 Park Mall on 24 January 2026 to collect their prize.
5. Claiming Prizes
- One Prize Per Person Policy: Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the entire campaign duration. If a participant is selected for more than one prize, the subsequent win(s) will be forfeited, and a replacement winner will be selected. Strictly no double prizes are allowed.
- If a top prize winner cannot attend the prize collection, a representative may collect the prize on their behalf with the winner’s Golden Ticket.
- Winners must present their NRIC/Passport for identity verification.
- 168 Park Mall reserves the right to select another winner if top prizes are not claimed during the live draw on 24 January 2026.
- Winners of the Glassware Set prizes will be contacted via WhatsApp and given two (2) weeks from the date of notification to collect their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and 168 Park Mall reserves the right to select another winner.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items. Prize substitution may occur at the mall’s discretion with an item of equal value.
6. Campaign Duration
- This campaign runs from 11 December 2025 to 24 January 2026, 3:00PM.
- Receipts dated before 11 December 2025 or after 24 January 2026, 3:00PM will not be accepted.
7. Eligibility
- This campaign is open to all shoppers of 168 Park Mall except employees of 168 Park Mall, its tenants, and their immediate family members.
- Receipts from bill payments, top-ups, gift card purchases, e-wallet reloads, bank transactions, membership fees, and non-retail services are not eligible.
8. Liability
- 168 Park Mall shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to prizes or contents after they have been redeemed.
9. Publicity & Media Usage
- By participating, customers agree that 168 Park Mall may use photos or videos taken during campaign activities or prize collection for marketing and publicity purposes, without compensation.
10. Disqualification
- 168 Park Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, violating the Terms & Conditions, or providing false information.
11. Right to Amend
- 168 Park Mall reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the campaign or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
