Raya Cookies Decorating Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Participation & Eligibility
• Team Composition: Minimum 2 members, maximum 4 members per team.
• Open Category: Families, friends, and individuals of all ages are welcome.
• Requirement: Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Registration: Limited slots available. Pre-registration online or walk-in (first-come, first-served).
2. Contest Rules•Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes for decorating.
• Materials Provided: 1 set of plain cookies, royal icing in festive colors, and basic sprinkles.
• External Materials: Teams may bring additional edible decorations (e.g., fondant, edible glitter, chocolate chips).
• Prohibited Items: Non-edible decorations (plastic toys, wire, paper) are strictly forbidden on the cookies.
3. Scoring Criteria (100% Total)
• Creativity & Originality (35%): Uniqueness of the design and innovative use of icing techniques.
• Relevance to Aidilfitri Theme (25%): How well the decorations reflect the spirit of Raya and the “Kongsi Rezeki” campaign.
• Neatness & Execution (20%): Precision of the icing work and overall cleanliness of the presentation.
• Effective Use of Materials (10%): How well the team utilized the provided kit and any extra edible items.
• Teamwork (10%): Observed coordination and collaboration between team members during the session.
4. Prizes
• Grand Prize: RM200 Cash
• Runner Up: RM150 Cash
• Third Place: RM100 Cash Voucher
• 80 units of trophies
• Gift/Hampers for each group
5. Terms & Conditions
• All creations must be completed within the 90-minute time limit.
• Judging will commence immediately after the session ends.
• The judges’ decisions are final; no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• 168 Park Mall reserves the right to use photos/videos of the event and participants for promotional purposes.
